Refund policy

We are sorry to hear that you are returning a product. However, we understand that from time to time this will happen. Customers purchasing goods from the SLY DOG website will have 30 days from date of delivery to return their item. To be eligible for a return, you item must be unopened and in a resalable condition. Your item must be in its original packaging and you must have a proof of purchase.

All returns must be received by SLY DOG Rum within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for wither a refund or credit note. Refunds will be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from receipt of delivery. A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery. We do not accept exchanges for returns.

In order to coordinate your return, please contact us with a receipt or proof of purchase (your name and order number). You must obtain proof of postage for your return as SLY DOG Rum are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Items that are damaged due to insufficient returns packaging cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

For faulty or damaged goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, including a photograph of the damaged or faulty item. We will then be able to discuss a replacement or refund with you.
